Subscription Agreement
This Cutee Subscription Agreement is entered into between you and the operator of Cutee. By subscribing to the premium services of Cutee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please carefully review this Agreement before subscribing to the Premium Services. If you do not agree to any of the terms herein, you shall not subscribe to or use the Premium Services.
Cutee is a lightweight and fun emoji-making tool that leverages image-to-image technology to generate Q-version emoji GIFs. The free version of Cutee provides basic emoji-making functions, while the Premium Services offer additional value-added features to enhance your user experience. You can subscribe to the Premium Services without registering or logging into an account, and the subscription will be associated with your device identifier to ensure the normal use of the services.
1. Premium Services Content
During the valid subscription period, the Provider grants the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the following Premium Services within the scope permitted by this Agreement:
- Unlimited access to all premium style templates: Including but not limited to exclusive cute, ancient style, holiday-themed, and dynamic templates that are not available in the free version.
- High-definition emoji generation and advanced editing functions: Support generating emojis in 4K resolution, and provide advanced editing tools such as custom filters, text styling, and element adding.
- Ad-free experience: Enjoy a completely ad-free environment during the use of all functions of Cutee, including the free basic functions and the subscribed Premium Services.
- Priority technical support: Receive priority response to technical issues and function suggestions. The Provider will reply to the Subscriber's inquiry within 4 working days and provide targeted solutions.
- One-click batch processing and sharing: Support batch uploading of multiple images for emoji generation, and batch sharing of generated emojis to multiple mainstream social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
The Provider reserves the right to update or adjust the specific content of the Premium Services according to technical upgrades and market needs. If the update involves significant changes to the core functions of the Premium Services, the Provider will notify the Subscriber through a pop-up window or in-app message in advance, and the updated content will take effect after notification. If the Subscriber continues to use the Premium Services after the update, it shall be deemed to agree to the updated service content.
2. Subscription Term and Fees
2.1 Subscription Term
The Premium Services are provided on a periodic subscription basis, and the Subscriber can choose the following subscription terms according to their needs (the specific available terms are subject to the options displayed in the app at the time of subscription):
- Monthly subscription: The term is 30 calendar days from the date of successful payment.
- Annual subscription: The term is 365 calendar days from the date of successful payment.
- Lifetime subscription: Permanent validity from the date of successful payment, and the Subscriber can permanently use the Premium Services provided by Cutee (excluding services that are discontinued due to force majeure or regulatory requirements).
The subscription term will take effect immediately after the Subscriber completes the payment, and the Provider will activate the Premium Services for the Subscriber's device within 5 minutes of successful payment. If the activation is delayed due to network problems or other unavoidable reasons, the subscription term will still be calculated from the date of successful payment, and the Provider will extend the corresponding term for the Subscriber as compensation.
2.2 Subscription Fees
The subscription fee for the Premium Services is displayed in the app's subscription page in the local currency of the Subscriber's region, and the fee standard is subject to the real-time price displayed at the time of payment. The Provider may adjust the subscription fee according to market conditions, and the adjusted fee will only apply to new subscriptions or renewed subscriptions after the adjustment. For Subscribers who have already paid for the subscription, the fee during the valid subscription period will not be affected by the price adjustment.
The subscription fee is paid in full at one time, and the Provider does not provide installment payment services. The Subscriber shall complete the payment through the third-party payment channel supported by the app (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). The payment channel will handle the fund settlement in accordance with its own service rules, and the Provider will confirm the payment status based on the notification from the payment channel.
3. Automatic Renewal
3.1 Automatic Renewal Setting
When the Subscriber subscribes to the monthly or annual Premium Services, the automatic renewal function will be enabled by default. Unless the Subscriber cancels the automatic renewal before the expiration of the current subscription term, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the same term upon expiration, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from the payment method bound to the Subscriber's device.
The Provider will send a renewal reminder to the Subscriber through in-app message 5 calendar days before the expiration of the current subscription term, informing the Subscriber of the renewal time, renewal term, and fee amount. The Subscriber can check the reminder in the app's notification center. If the Subscriber does not want to renew, they must cancel the automatic renewal before the renewal deduction is completed.
3.2 Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
The Subscriber can cancel the automatic renewal at any time through the following methods, and the cancellation will take effect immediately after successful operation:
- For iOS devices: Go to "Settings" > [Your Name] > "Subscriptions" > select "Cutee" > click "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial".
- For Android devices: Go to "Google Play Store" > click on your profile picture > "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > select "Cutee" > click "Cancel subscription".
- Through the app: Enter the "Premium Services" page in Cutee, find the "Subscription Management" option, and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation of automatic renewal.
If the Subscriber cancels the automatic renewal before the expiration of the current subscription term, they can still use the Premium Services until the end of the current term, and no refund will be given for the remaining days of the current term.
4. Refund Policy
Except for the following circumstances, the subscription fee paid by the Subscriber will not be refunded once the payment is successful:
- The Premium Services cannot be used normally due to the Provider's fault (such as server failure that cannot be repaired within 7 consecutive days, or the core functions of the Premium Services cannot be used as agreed), and the Subscriber requests a refund. In this case, the Provider will refund the pro-rated fee for the unused period of the subscription term.
- The Subscriber accidentally subscribes due to misoperation, and applies for a refund within 24 hours of successful payment. The Provider will verify the subscription and use records (if the Premium Services have not been used or only used briefly), and refund the full amount after confirmation.
- Other circumstances that require a refund in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the laws and regulations of the Subscriber's region.
To apply for a refund, the Subscriber shall send an email to the Provider's contact email (cutee.subscription@outlook.com), stating the reason for the refund, the date of subscription, the payment amount, and the device identifier. The Provider will review the application within 5 working days and reply to the Subscriber with the review result and refund progress. If the refund is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7-15 working days, and the arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the payment channel.
5. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
5.1 Rights and Obligations of the Provider
- The Provider shall ensure that the Premium Services operate stably under normal network and device conditions, and shall promptly repair and handle system failures and technical problems that affect the use of the services.
- The Provider shall protect the Subscriber's device information and usage records related to the subscription in accordance with the Cutee Privacy Policy, and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose unrelated to the provision of the Premium Services.
- The Provider has the right to supervise the Subscriber's use of the Premium Services. If it is found that the Subscriber violates the provisions of this Agreement (such as transferring the subscription right to others), the Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Premium Services without refunding the subscription fee.
- The Provider shall not be liable for the failure to provide the Premium Services or the loss caused to the Subscriber due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, network outages, and failures of third-party payment channels or social platforms).
5.2 Rights and Obligations of the Subscriber
- The Subscriber has the right to use the Premium Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement during the valid subscription period, and to put forward suggestions on the improvement of the services to the Provider.
- The Subscriber shall pay the subscription fee in full and on time in accordance with the agreement, and shall be responsible for the security of the payment method bound to the device. Any loss caused by the leakage or improper use of the payment method shall be borne by the Subscriber.
- The Subscriber shall use the Premium Services in a legal and compliant manner, and shall not use the services to generate, spread or store any illegal, pornographic, violent, defamatory or infringing content. If the Subscriber's improper use causes losses to the Provider or third parties, the Subscriber shall bear the corresponding liability.
- The Subscriber shall not engage in any behavior that undermines the normal operation of the Premium Services, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app program, using plug-ins or third-party tools to cheat or obtain the Premium Services without authorization.
- The Subscriber shall be responsible for the security of the device used for the subscription. If the device is lost or stolen, the Subscriber shall promptly cancel the automatic renewal and notify the Provider to suspend the service. The loss caused by the unauthorized use of the Premium Services by others due to the Subscriber's failure to properly keep the device shall be borne by the Subscriber.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Cutee and the Premium Services (including but not limited to software programs, source codes, interface designs, style templates, logos, and text materials) belong to the Provider or the relevant right holders authorized by the Provider. The Subscriber only obtains the right to use the Premium Services in accordance with this Agreement, and does not acquire any intellectual property rights related to the services or the app.
- The Subscriber shall not use the intellectual property rights of the Provider or authorized parties for any purpose other than using the Premium Services in accordance with this Agreement. Without the written permission of the Provider, the Subscriber shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform or modify the relevant intellectual property content.
- The emojis generated by the Subscriber using the Premium Services shall be the Subscriber's own creation or have the legal right to use the materials. The Subscriber shall be responsible for the intellectual property rights of the generated emojis. If the use of the generated emojis infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, the Subscriber shall bear the corresponding legal liability, and the Provider shall not be liable.
7. Termination of Subscription Services
The subscription relationship between the parties will be terminated in the following circumstances:
- The subscription term expires and the Subscriber does not renew the subscription (including canceling the automatic renewal).
- The Subscriber successfully applies for a refund in accordance with the refund policy of this Agreement, and the Provider completes the refund.
- The Provider terminates the provision of the Premium Services due to force majeure or regulatory requirements, and notifies the Subscriber in advance to refund the pro-rated fee for the unused period.
- The Subscriber seriously violates the provisions of this Agreement, and the Provider terminates the service after notifying the Subscriber to make corrections and the Subscriber fails to correct within the time limit.
After the termination of the subscription relationship, the Provider will stop providing the Premium Services to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber will no longer have access to the premium templates and advanced functions. The emojis generated by the Subscriber during the subscription period and saved locally will not be affected, and the Provider will not delete the relevant local data.
8. Agreement Updates
The Provider may update this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, industry norms, or the adjustment of service content. When making important updates to the Agreement (including but not limited to changes in subscription fees, service content, automatic renewal rules, and refund policies), the Provider will notify the Subscriber through a pop-up window or in-app message at least 7 days before the updated Agreement takes effect. The Subscriber can view the full text of the updated Agreement in the app's "Settings" - "Subscription Agreement" page.
If the Subscriber does not agree to the updated Agreement, they shall cancel the automatic renewal (if any) before the updated Agreement takes effect and stop using the Premium Services after the current subscription term expires. If the Subscriber continues to use the Premium Services after the updated Agreement takes effect, it shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the full text of the updated Agreement.

The Provider will reply to the Subscriber's inquiry within 5 working days and handle the relevant issues in a timely manner.
10. Other Provisions
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located. If there is any dispute between the parties due to the performance of this Agreement, they shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may initiate a dispute resolution procedure in accordance with the relevant provisions of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
- The headings of each clause in this Agreement are for the convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the content of each clause.
- If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to non-compliance with laws and regulations, the validity and enforceability of other clauses shall not be affected.
